DL Consulting Inc's Property Condition Assessment (PCA) services are important for clients seeking to know the condition of a property or real estate they may be purchasing, leasing, financing or simply maintaining, and the associated short and long term capital needs.  We follow the industry accepted guidelines of ASTM E2018, the standard recognized by major lenders, to prepare our assessment.

Our team of in-house licensed architects and engineers, and collaborative specialty consultants will visit the property, and note any defects, deficiencies and items of deferred maintenance.  As part of the process, local agencies will be contacted to inquire about any open code violations.

The gathered information will be utilized to report the following:
